Is there an app that can force a user to enter their username and password when passing/failing a quality check?
I work with medical devices and this is a requirement as an 'e-signature'

The name of the user logged in is recorded on the QA check by default. So if you do not allow users to use a session with another user name than their own, you do have a record to show.
In manufacturing work orders, there exist a function that the operator must user and password. So if the quality check is set up to be done during Work order processing, you do have something more advanced.
Maybe this can fullfill your requirement.

Thanks for your response Lars. For our purposes, the name of the user logged in while approving a quality check is not sufficient to satisfy our regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11).
I don't believe the password in work orders would be sufficient either, as this would be a password for a work station, and not the username and password of the user (correct me if I am wrong here).
