Hi,

I am having and issue with purchase unit of measure. We we sell Product A in eaches (single units), but purchase them in boxes of 10. This seems simple enough. The product is set up as "Make to Stock" and "Buy", and the "Purchase unit of measure" is 10. Order Points are 20,30

The purchase unit of measure is configured as: Category: Unit Type: Bigger than the reference unit Ratio: 10.00000 Active: Checked Rounding Precision: 1.00

My issue: Lets say that there are 28 on the shelf and a order comes in for 30. The scheduler looks and determines that 32 need to be ordered (2 for the sales order and 30 for the order point). The Draft PO will be cut for 30, not forty. The system rounds down for quantities less than 5. Under this scenario, it is possible to have a draft PO cut for 0.

How can I get the system to round up all the time? MOQ will work for quantities less than 10, but not more than that.

Thanks for the help.
