Im actually preparing some versions of databases with pre installed apps, configuration etc. Im selling my services to install Odoo setups for my customer. Until now i was only using free apps and addons, and my code.

Iv recently started to integrate a purchased app with a license linked to my name and enterprise.

(I was already logged in my odoo account on the site when iv pay the order, but still i had an form page to fill my information about name, adress, and enterprise for the license)

My question is :

When i will install this version of my database, that include some paid apps, for my customer, do i need/is it better to create an Odoo account for my customer, and purchase the license again from that account, giving him the credential login, just for ethical purpose about transparency, so that he will keep control on purchased licenses managment ( even if he will never use it )

Or

Could i just simply purchase again the licenses from my own main Odoo account, each time i setup an installation for a customer, and just fill the license form with the customer informations?

The problem in that case would be if customer need to download the addons files for another service provider, in the case im not here anymore and another service provider need to reimport my database on a new server, whitout having acces to previous server files (data loss, fire, etc, databse will be saved online regulary with cronjob but customs addons library arrent saved in ZIP backup) for saving custom addons folders and moving them to the new installation, in that case without having acces to my Odoo account, the customer will have to purchase the license again if he want to have the files.

I think first option is better because of that, but my question come from that fact that i had to fill that form with my name and adress for license, even if i was logged to my account that contain theses informations, so this had let me think maybe it is a common thing for Odoo service provider to directly purchase the license in the name of the customer without having to lost time with multiples account creation?

Obviously, i dont plan to do any marge or bennefits on the license purchasing, i just purchase the license for thems and make them pay me the exact amount iv paid myself for the addons, + my service for the whole setup. Cause many customer dont want their credit cards to be used on internet. Im living on a small island, many here are scared to do that, even on Microsoft or Google official sites...
