Hello Toon van de ploeg,
As per your requirement, you need to apply record rule to filter login user's PO.
please apply following Record Rules for purchase / users group with Rule Definition (Domain Filter)
[('user_id', '=', user.id)]
Now there is another rules needs to apply to show all the purchase order records for POS Admin group.

thank you very much for the settings but when I made the registration rule the replenishment of purchases that odoboot generates only comes to administrators, it does not come to purchasers, please help me.

For the issue, You can change Security Rules related to Purchase Orders.
