I would like to configure the users so that everyone only sees their purchase in the purchase module

Hello Toon van de ploeg,
As per your requirement, you need to apply record rule to filter login user's PO.
please apply following Record Rules for purchase / users group with Rule Definition (Domain Filter)
[('user_id', '=', user.id)]

Now there is another rules needs to apply to show all the purchase order records for POS Admin group.
