i , all i have installed odoo 13 in my system (linux 18.04) with all the core modules , after installation when i try to update module or upgrade any modules ,

whatever i click or upgrade iam getting this below error:


duplicate key value violates unique constraint "ir_module_module_pkey"

DETAIL: Key (id) = (22) already exists.

If you install custom or third party modules, which do change .py files, you'll have to restart the Odoo instance before installing or updating the modules. If it does not help, check your code.
