I would like to insert users, that subscribe to the newsletter through the website, to a promotional program.
I didn't find any configurations that enable me to do that. Therefore, I thought about setting a label for the users that subscribe. But I didn't find an automatic way to do that either.

I've already done that. What I want is to insert the subscribers of the newsletter automatically into the domain for a promotional program.
What happens is: someone visits the website, subscribes to the newsletter and automatically gets 10% off its first order.
I already set up the newsletter and the promotional program. What is in fact missing is just inserting the contacts of the mailing list to the program in an automated way.

By default Odoo provide snippet to add newsletter feature on your website
You can click on the edit button which will show all the snippets(left side) present in Odoo
Then you can simply drag and save the newsletter snippet to add this feature on your website.
there have other newsletter snippets are present in Odoo please look on the screenshot,
