Hi guys,

Can anyone explain why my profit and loss reports on Odoo online shows the NET PROFIT, but hasn't had the cost of goods sold taken out of it?? 

From 01/07/2017 to 10/02/2018
INCOME
Gross Profit
Operating Income$ 62,583.86
Cost of Revenue$ 28,373.58
Total Gross Profit$ 34,210.28
Other Income$ 0.00
Total INCOME$ 62,583.86
Expenses
Expenses$ 8,786.49
Depreciation$ 0.00
Total Expenses$ 8,786.49
NET PROFIT$ 53,797.37

I can not understand your question. Can you be more specific and/or are you aware of the relevant accounting terms and approaches? See https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/112614/whats-difference-between-cost-goods-sold-cogs-and-cost-sales.asp

sorry but you did not answer the question: which is the COGS is not deducted from revenue when showing the net profit

Sorry for my negligence, now I see your point (I was only looking at the Gross Profit, which is correct). As it is Odoo online and a standard report, I would report that as a bug on Github.

... or even better, report it to Odoo support.
