We are facing an issue with revisioning using the PLM module. Let me explain this with an example:

When manufacturing an LED light, we initially use PCB V1 (Printed Circuit Board). There may be changes to the product revision due to specification alterations or other reasons in future. This often leads to a change in the product description as well. While using the PLM module, the versioning process seems to be working correctly. However, in all completed manufacturing orders (MOs), the PCB component is being shown as the new version. Consequently, this results in changes to the product description and other details according to the new version.

This issue becomes problematic when completed products return to the factory for service or other purposes, as we are unable to track the older version details.

Note : Incase of BoM Revision we have clear track what we added removed, even older version of bOM available in archived state.
