Hello together, I have  a problem: most of my product pictures out of the sudden disappeared. From all the products only for one this is still visible. What is funny is that the pics are reappearing in case I am duplicating a product (and I use this as a preferred way to create new products...).

Probably also related is the fact that the odoo favicon disappeared and was replaced with a (I think placeholder) image of a photo camera with a "+" plus sign and the fact that the database backup size reduced considerably (with ca. 40%...)

Any ideas on what could of happened and what can I do to repair. I know that I could just add the product images back but I would like to understand the root cause in order not to do something even more stupid and to break things further.

p.s. I have run a database_cleanup from OCA and the tool is reporting now no broken/orphaned issues.

p.s.2: all hail to odoo and OCA developers for making available such a nice piece of software!
