can someone help me, what happens is that when
I try to connect the outgoing mail service
I get an error user message indicating that
I should check the none port, I am trying to
connect through port 25 as I have seen in several
guides without results, but when I try to try another
port like 2525 it keeps loading the page until it loses connection.

As per Odoo documentation, the port 25 is blocked for security reasons. Try using 587, 465 or 2525.
