im having quite a bit of trouble setting up an automated schedule.
i want to fetch incoming mail every 2 minutes.
my mail server is setup correctly and whenever i run the action manually it works just fine however the scheduler does not run automatically.
- I tried changing my timezone, as well as the odoobot's but still not working.
- The number of calls is negative
-  The next execution date was also set up.

i am running odoo cloud V13

Step 1. Go to the Outgoing Mail Servers menu through

Settings -> Email -> Outgoing Mail Servers.


Step 2. Fill the above fields.


Description :-> A description of the Outgoing mail server

Priority :-> Priority of your outgoing mail server. Low priority mail servers are used first and mostly.

SMTP Server :->The server SMTP e.g, zsmtp.yourdomain.com

SMTP Port :-> The SMTP port of your server e.g, 465

Connection Security :-> Security to be used like TLS(STARTTLS) or SSL/TLS. Use SSL/TLS

Username :-> Your e-mail account.

Password:-> The password of your e-mail account.


Step 3. Click on the Test connection button. If all of your credentials are correct , the following message will be displayed

"connection Test Succeeded! Everything seems properly set up!"


Check your postfix mail server configuration
