Problem retrieving an invoice from another POS machine
"For example, I made a sale from POS 1, and printed the customer invoice
Then the customer came after more than a day wanting to retrieve certain things from the invoice, but this time
The customer is standing at POS 3. The employee is trying to scan the invoice code, but the system does not accept it at all
The invoice has not been cleared
We must go back to POS 1 again to retrieve it, and this causes problems for us with customers because the customer stands in line more than once.

I actually created a support ticket a while ago but no response yet
