when i create a module in my folder odoo it doesn't create in the application although i restart the server and now i don't know where is the problem if he is in the server or postgre please help me to resolve my problem

Hi,
You can activate the developer mode and goto Apps, then you can find a new menu Update App List . You can just click on this update app list to show the custom module you created on the Apps.
