I am searching for a solution where I can connect multiple SLA to different products at the same client. When a technician enters a working order, the system has to know on which product there was worked on, and which pricelist (or servicecontract) is applicable for that product.
For example: working hours are included in the contract, but parts need to be payt. Is there a solutions where you can say ‘ all is included except “these lines“ or the opposite; everything needs to be payed, except “these lines”.
Next I’m looking for a solution that all cost made in the first year (after the customer has bought the product) are under warranty.
