Good morning, sir,
I'm wondering about production management.
Every day, I produce units of a product that I sell to my distributors. They ensure the sale of these products and I recover the unsold products. I realize that I always have returns and I wonder if I can't use odoo to plan my production and thus limit my assets.
Here is an example:
- I produce 100 units on Monday
- 30 are deposited at distributor#1
- 30 are deposited at distributor#2
- 40 are deposited at distributor#3
On Tuesdays, I produce another 100 units that I deposit with the same volumes at the same distributors. On delivery, I collect the unsold units from Monday:
- 8 products at distributor#1
- 12 products at distributor#1
- 6 products at distributor#1
On Wednesdays, I would like to produce the initial production minus the unsold units, i.e. 100 - 8 - 12 - 6 = 74 units that I will deposit again with my distributors.
Generally speaking, I would like to produce with Odoo according to my unsold units to limit losses as much as possible.
Do you have an idea of how to do this?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP
