According to the following documentation: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/project/planning/forecast.html
I should be able to edit the "% of time" a user works on a task... (See picture: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/_images/forecast041.png)
However, here is a table that reproduce the screen I see in the trial database that I created in the online version of Odoo :

I am not able to edit the "% Time"
Can someone please tell me what I might have missed?
