We are experiencing operating errors in Odoo following the duplication of our database. We'd created a duplicate version in order to troubleshoot an unrelated issue. 

However, it now seems that something else has gone awry within our system. We've been able to pinpoint this new error as originating from when we duplicated the database for troubleshooting purposes. (We've arrived at this conclusion as the issue is not present on our backup server).

We have an external tool that utilizes API calls to pull Odoo data--this is the process that has been disrupted since the duplication. It looks like somehow the xmlrpc function broke down during the duplication process.

Is anyone familiar with this issue/aware of how to rectify it?
