I am using version 10 of odoo to try and setup a posbox on a debian system. however when I go to the hardware staus page it reports no espos devices are connected but shows the printer in the list of connected devices "04b8:0202 Seiko Epson Corp. Receipt Printer M129C/TM-T70".

Is anyone able to help me fix this problem?
