Recently, when I try to open a new session in the POS, I get an unknown error without much information about this error. Is there any way to find out what the cause of this error is?

you can start pos session in debuge=assets mode in order to see error in console. please have a look error !

Unknown Errors from the POS are uncommon, however, they are typically caused by a misconfiguration of settings in your Point of Sale system. Can you please clarify the error you are facing? I would try to help you out on this.
