POS: Can’t close register “cannot create unbalanced journal entry.

Question

Hello-
I installed POS on my odoo instance because on top of our website, we also sell via farmers markets and such. I opened “session,” completed the sale of 4 items. Now that I am closing the register, I can’t seem to figure out how. No matter what i do, it keeps giving me the error of “Cannot create unbalanced journal entry.”
I went ahead and clicked on the summary by payment method, noticed that in the top right it had said “validated” instead of “new”, clicked on “journal entries” and every

Hi, you just create invoice (Back end POS orders window )and validate for the POS orders then it will allow to close session.

I think it might have occurred while your POS session ordered with those products, which might be configured with price tax included.

You may face this issue when you are doing cash control in PoS and haven't defined all the necessary accounts on the journal type that you are using for payments in the PoS. If you revisit your scenario in detail and see through the configuration of the cash journal for the necessary accounts setup I think you should catch what's missing for you.
