I am getting this message when opening the pos orders from the backend.

ValueError: Invalid field 'translated_product_name' om pos_order_line.


I am able the get the data from POS terminal.. the order date.


I am using Arabic and English


It was working fine in the local installation.

In Odoo.sh, may be a new version ?

It looks like it's a new bug, there's a fix but not yet released on odoo.sh (not sure about that).

Hello,

This error typically indicates that the field translated_product_name is not available in your current Odoo.sh environment.

Since it was working in your local setup, it’s likely that:

  • A custom module or customization defining this field is missing or not updated on Odoo.sh, or

  • There is a version mismatch causing the field to no longer exist.

I recommend:

  • Checking if any custom module adds this field and ensuring it is properly deployed on Odoo.sh

  • Verifying module versions and upgrading them if needed

  • Restarting and updating the database after deployment
