Some common use cases for providing portal access include allowing customers to read/view any or all of the following in Odoo:

  • leads/opportunities
  • quotations/sales orders
  • purchase orders
  • invoices & bills
  • projects
  • tasks
  • timesheets
  • tickets
  • signatures
  • subscriptions

But I can only access a few of them. How can I access them all?

The features will sho on the portal user as per the modules that you are installing. Make sure all the related modules of the above features are installed

As @Balagopal R mentions, the Apps you install (and the associated Documents you create and share) impact what a Portal User will see when they login.



Install the extra Apps and/or create the Documents (and share them) if you don't see everything.
