If you have the case that the footer has to be adapted in a very specific way and you don’t have Studio or the possibility to make a development, you can simply opt to add the footer as an image (e.g. jpeg or png).

ATTENTION: The image needs maybe some adaptations, so you have to work on the size of the image. The example in the video is just a random footer image taken from the web.

Add an image in the footer:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’
  2. Click on ‘Configure Document Layout’
  3. Delete the existing info the ‘Footer’ field
  4. Type ‘/’ and choose ‘Image’ to insert an image (if you don’t have the option to choose ‘Image’, you can drag & drop it in the ‘Footer’ field )
  5. Upload the image

You also need to adapt the margin of the bottom, if you still want to see the page numbers. To do so, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Activate developer mode
  2. Go into ‘Settings’ → ‘Technical’ → ‘Paper Format’
  3. Chose the format that you use for your templates
  4. Change the field ‘Bottom Margin (mm)’ to 40.00 (for A4)
