I am using Odoo version 12 (2019/11/11). And wkhtmltopdf was 12.4 but i changed it to 12.5 now if I create a new database the reports are rendered correctly but using a database installed before correcting wkhtmltopdf version gives an incorrectly rendered report.
I am using demo data from sales module (SO006) to show the error.

The issue seems to be only overlapping of the header, just adjust the paper format it will be fine.
i too face the same issue now, by adjusting page format for A4 (Header Spacing) i can fix the header issue, its get rendered.

You are correct. The report headers where not the same height because one company had the street 2 field set. I changed the "Header spacing" for the A4 paper format from 35 to 40 and it rendered fine :) thanks. I thought the spacing was automatically done with css or something, shame that it is "hard coded"
