Hii,

Report Location: Accounting App > Reporting > Partner Reports > Partner Ledger 

This report shows all transactions posted for customers and suppliers, but it is not showing anything related to employees. 

We have posted journal entries for employees but they do not appear on this report. 

Do we missing some settings?

Partner ledgers as per common accounting usage only concern creditors and debtors.

Where we can see the employee transactions in a report. Is there any existing report or we need to develop new?

Can we add new filter value to Account: Payable, Receivable and Other to Partner Ledger report.

For employee expenses there may be 2 different workflows according to your business setup.

The most common setup is to track and reconcile expenses with payroll payments. The less common way is to create creditors for your employees and use accounts payables. You should not extend the partner ledger report, as your accountant will kill you for that. Expense reporting is part of the payroll accounting, check there for relevant reports.
