Parent and children companies, data restriction between children in Accounting

Question

In accounting module, would like to know how we can create two child company A and B who cannot access each other data and parent company C who can access all the data.

For example, if I switch to the child company A and create an invoice, I should not get the customers of the other child company B in the customers field.

Create Company A and B as a child of Company C. If the company id of customers is set, then other companies can't see the records, If the user is allowed in the company, then he can.
