Here, we got it fixed for our own use, and since it could help many it's released open source.
https://github.com/tpher/odoo-extra-outllok-plugin-changed/tree/usenetoffice/plugin_outlook/static/openerp-outlook-plugin
There is no official plugin for outlook. The close solution is this:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo-extra
but is not working for me.
