Hi, I'm running Odoo CE v15.

I have enabled the Mail Plugin in the configuration but when I try to log in from the outlook plug-in the system comes back with " Could not connect to your database. Make sure the module is installed in Odoo".  The system definitely has the module installed, is there a way to troubleshoot why I get this message back? I've tried connecting to an Odoo Enterprise site and it works with no issues. 

I think it could be related to a port that needs to be open at the server? not sure how to proceed, any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Open the Add-ins menu
In Outlook on the web, select a message.
Select. More actions at the top of the message.
Go to the bottom of the list and select. Get Add-ins.
On the Add-ins for Outlook page, select the add-in you want. For free add-ins, select Add to add it to your mailbox.

They way you described the installation is exactly the same i went...
THe pluing can be installed without any problem, but when trying to connect to the database, it tells me the module is not installed. But it is...

My first thought was, that it will be an enterprise feature. But to be honest... there is no clear indication for this.
By the way... What do you mean with Free add-ins? Are you referring to alterantive addin for using the mail_plugin?
I started to to some further digging... But need some deeper digging. Is it possible, that IAP is necessary for using this module at all?
