Hi, I'm running Odoo CE v15.
I have enabled the Mail Plugin in the configuration but when I try to log in from the outlook plug-in the system comes back with " Could not connect to your database. Make sure the module is installed in Odoo". The system definitely has the module installed, is there a way to troubleshoot why I get this message back? I've tried connecting to an Odoo Enterprise site and it works with no issues.
I think it could be related to a port that needs to be open at the server? not sure how to proceed, any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
