HI all,

I am trying to get the Odoo for Outlook add-in working on Outlook, but it simply provides an error that 'a problem occurred while trying to reach this add-in.'

The add-in is the current version and is enabled on the server. Odoo is installed on a local server, and I can access it over a LAN via the IP address. Incoming and outgoing email works from inside the odoo interface.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Enable Inactive Add-in
If the add-in is listed under Inactive, make sure "COM Add-ins" is selected in the "Manage" drop-down and click "Go...". Check the checkbox next to the Add-in and click "OK". Restart Outlook. Close Outlook, wait for 5 seconds, then start it again.
