where is the support team here, 5 days ago with no response

i know these detailsm but my question is app link is not under my account and i can't see my order in my account only i got email confirmation from Ingenico
Hi,
Once you bought the module, you will get a download link and then you can download the module, you can login the odoo account from which you bought the module, go to My Account, open sale orders and see whether you can get link from there
