I was wondering if there is an Odoo module out there that offers an order entry focused sales module. If this module also provides the option for daily targets, that would be an exact fit for what I need. 

Some background information. I'm evaluating different systems for a customer. Their business provides sales services for perishable goods. The yield of these goods is not always predictable and the USP is that these goods are fresh (so left-over stock can't be stored and out of stock conditions are frequent.) To ensure that the goods arrive in the best condition possible, all deliveries are done by drop-shipment. 

Since the core business is the delivery of these sales services, most of the stock sales module is irrelevant to the daily tasks of the sales agent. In addition, the stock sales order screen contains a lot of elements that mainly serve to complicate matters in this particular case. The POS module is closer to the needs of this company when it comes to functionality but because it's targeting store environments, the lay-out doesn't make sense. 

Is there any module that has a lay-out similar to the stock Sales module but the functionality of the POS module?
