in Odoo 13 when I do my first credit card synchronization with the bank, I get the following: "opening statement: first synchronization", what does this mean. It shows up as a plus figure.

Hi John,
In this case when making the first synchronization the system detected that the has been some previous activity with this credit card in the bank that has not been included in the synchronization, and consequently it creates a first line called 'Opening statement: first synchronization' with the total amount difference between the total running balance and the total amount for the lines that were synchronized.
For example, I synchronize my bank for 2020 because I want to start in Odoo this year, but I have some open transactions for 2019. The system then creates this first line, where I could put the starting balance. I would then need to match it with the opening balance for the bank that I create through a manual journal entry.
