I'm trying to install openerp 6.0 on ubuntu 14.04 from this source :

when I ./openerp-server start
then he answer by
Starting openerp-server: openerp-server.
start-stop-daemon: unable to open pidfile '/var/run/openerp-server.pid' for writing (Permission denied)
besides when I do
sudo ./openerp-server start
he answer on localhost:8070 by
