On the website, the Portal user can export their sale quotation by selecting and clicking on the export button (Pdf or Excel) like the internal user. Is it Possible, is there any configuration for this?

I am new to Odoo. Is there any way to change the report template type when the download button is clicked, instead of using the default template?"
i need to set my custom report when they download , is this possible?
