Hi, I have configured the outgoing mail server and incoming mail server in version 17
and when I try to send a quotation from send mail or just a note in the sale order module, I'm able to see multiple emails in my outlook 

Note: Number of new emails generated in Outlook = number of followers added in SO

how to prevent this multiple email getting generated 

can someone help me with this, please?
