we have so far identified myOdoo as the only (?) way to work with CRM offline. Unfortunately, even after extensive communication with the manufacturer, it has not been possible to establish a stable system. There are always crashes, sometimes you can enter something, but it is not synchronized and so on.
Is there any working alternative?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

I am wondering if your problem comes from some custom module not official that is not working and keeps crashing. If that's the case I would uninstall that module and then try to check if it keeps crashing.
Cheers
In some areas (especially in the US) we have customers where (believe it or not), there is no cellular connection. We obviously don't want to use the entire database offline, we just want to create notes, maybe leads or opportunities and sync them later. In that respect, myOdoo actually promised us exactly that, but it doesn't work stably.
Another problem is that our sales team uses MS Surfaces, so it would be good to have a Windows-based system.
ok, will try it with vanilla system
I forgot, EE V.14 on odoo.sh

Odoo CRM as long as I am aware does not need any external resources to work.
I don't really understand what is your need, could you explain more about your case please?
