Hi Ahmad,
There are no official certifications and/or exams anymore. Odoo used to have them but there wasn't enough interest in it.
As for courses: every now and then there are basic webinars that learn you some basis operations in Odoo. You can find some here: https://www.odoo.com/nl_NL/page/webinars
