Can anyone advice me which server would be helpful for my system?

AWS or 1and1?

If any other than can also advice

I'm having 50 users and having 500 transaction approx everymonth

Which server would be the best fit for my system

Virtual, Cloud or dedicated one?

Please advice me on this part,
