why does standard Odoo V12 send a copy of emails to odoobot@example.com?

when i use the "Send & Print" Option from an invoice the System seems to send a second email to Odoobot.

Odoobot is an archived res.partner that has default email "odoobot@example.com".

we don`t want that all our customer-emails from odoo will also be sent to such an external email!

i already figured out that this is a follower of the invoice.

Very good question indeed. Anybody can explain what is the goal of OdooBot and how to configure it wisely ?
