Odoo14 accounting advisor cannot update currency

I want to give access of update currency to accounting advisor. How can I give access to the accounting settings portion to the user? I don't want to add the user to the Accounting/Settings group. If I add him, he will get the whole permission of settings. How can I give permission to the user?
