Hi,

See the sample of adding map view to contacts menu action.

<record id="contacts.action_contacts" model="ir.actions.act_window">
<field name="view_mode">kanban,tree,map,form</field>
</record>

The id given for the record should be original_module_name.original_id , ie, external ID and then you can add a new view to the view_mode.

Thanks

Refer this post: https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/can-we-create-a-kunban-view-for-a-custom-module-17393

And don't forget to add kanban view mode in your window action.

<record id="action_partner_form" model="ir.actions.act_window">
<field name="name">Customers</field>
<field name="type">ir.actions.act_window</field>
<field name="res_model">res.partner</field>
<field name="view_type">form</field>
<field name="view_mode">kanban,tree,form</field>
<field name="context">{"search_default_customer":1}</field>
<field name="search_view_id" ref="view_res_partner_filter"/>
<field name="help" type="html">
<p class="oe_view_nocontent_create">
Click to add a contact in your address book.
</p><p>
Odoo helps you easily track all activities related to
a customer: discussions, history of business opportunities,
documents, etc.
</p>
</field>
</record>
