Hi there, 

id defined a automatic action for booking hours to a task. I configure the following steps:

trigger condition is: On update

Before Update: match all records

Apply on: Match records with the following rules: [["progress",">=",80]]

So far it works, the problem is the trigger will be thrown 6 times.

Has anyone an idea how to configure the action that only one email will be sent when someone booking on a task and the progress is greater than 80 percent.
