Odoo10 login

Question

When I am on localhost: 8069 / web / login, I get a screen titled Odoo, let me choose which database I want, and ask me for my email and password.  The email and password will not get accepted and I keep getting an error.  I know it is the correct email and password.    There is no link to reset the email and / or the password.
Where do I go to change this information?

This is driving me crazy.  Your help is much appreciated.

Thank you for your answers:
1. I have been using the email and password used when created the database but still does not work.  Is there somewhere to go and change the email and/or the password?
2. The port is correct because I am using default port and I am able to go right into another database on the same server.
My database server has 3 databases on it (postgres, database1, and database2).  I can connect to database 1 without any issues and I'm not asked for email and password. If I connect

Enter the admin email and password you had specified when you created the database in Odoo.

check if your port is used or not ,may conflict is accrued
