Hi, 

I have a valid pricelist that shows on the website properly with 20% discount.  However, when I add a product to the cart, the discount is not there and back to the normal pricing.  Is that an incorrect configuration or a bug ?

Hey Rithik, not really. It's solved but it was unclear what caused this to be honest. On our staging server there was an issue that a "standard - no discount" pricelist was ordered in a priority above the discount pricelist, but on our production database it was not present. So it might help checking other pricelists and priorities. But I don't have a full reply.

Well, it's a simple configuration.  All "Europe" countries, the website.  Everything is added.  The discount is SHOWING on the website so it's valid.  Only when adding to cart it reverts back to the price without discount.  So only in the cart it's not working.

Hi,

It will probably be an incorrect configuration. Go to Website-> Configuration -> Settings
Go to shop-products menu and click on pricelists. Make sure the company, country group and selectable are all properly given. If company is given, the pricelist will be available to that company only, same with the website and country group. If selectable is given, then the user have to select the pricelist manually. Please ensure that you have configured the pricelist correctly.
