I'm running the Community version of Odoo 10, self-hosted, on Linux Ubuntu 14. The documentation on this version is pretty bad. Took me long enough to find that the developer mode has shifted to Settings > Dashboard.
How do I update my module list?

2- Go to 'Apps'
3- Click on 'Update App List'
