Hi all. 

Does anybody knows what going on with Odoo support team? 

They are not answering nor phone nor support ticket. 


I purchase apps, money was write off but app was not sent to me and I can't get any help...

They will just be very busy at the moment. I raised a ticket a few days ago and only had a response yesterday. 

If the ticket is urgent you can try to update it as urgent, or if you have an account manager then you can contact them and they can escalate it.

Hi,

If the issue is related to purchase made from the odoo app store and if you are not able to download the app that you have purchased. You can try following things till you get response from the odoo support team


* contact the app author with the invoice from the odoo apps store

* go to apps page in the app store and see if the download button is visible for you(make sure that you have logged into the odoo.com from which the purchase is made)

* drop an email to apps@odoo.com


As of now, there is a lot support tickets coming, so there will be small delay before you get the response from the support team, but eventually you will get response from the team.
