Odoo Studio is a recurring fee ??

Hello,
I am wondering if the cost of the customization tool "Odoo Studio" is a recurring fee ?
For example, if i purchase Odoo Studio tool to make some initial customization (for 2 months for examples) and when i have the system running normally i would like to remove the studio tool in order to remove its fee. Would it be possible ? Or it becomes a recurring fee for each month, once activated even if was used only for few days for some light customization as translation ???

For this question also (similar to others) I will answer it myself after so many time to get without any clarification from the forum community (which i believe they are few or inactive).
It seems that "odoo studio" tool's cost is a recurring fee. So practically if you use it only to add a simple field in a simple interface, it means that you must pay $80 monthly for the whole period you are using odoo even if you would like to remove it.
So i will again mark my own answer as the correct one.

Any changes you make with Studio will still be there after you un-install Studio.  Also, you don't need Studio to do translation.
