[Odoo 11] If I create a new menu option for a model (table), sometimes I can't use Odoo Studio (the icon is "greyed out"). Is there something I need to do to make Odoo Studio recognize that there is a Tree View or Form View that could be customized?

I think I figured this out, so I'll leave my theory here in case it helps.
I think this happens if you copy a Windows Action using "Duplicate" from the Action dropdown. The problem is that it doesn't have an External ID, and that confuses Odoo Studio. It works if you create the menu through Odoo Studio (and you can then edit the Windows Action), or you can use export / import to copy an existing Windows Action, but set a new External ID.
