Hello, my Odoo installation is giving the following error when trying to view an order that has been placed through the webshop. Any suggestions on what to do?

Hi,

according to the error: it seems that you are using some module called 'sale_coupon'. This app tries to update the xml view of sales orders, while using wrong parameters. It may be in case of 3 reasons:

  1. There are no tags (page[@string='Other Information']) this module uses

  2. This app was wrongly migrated. E.g. in Odoo 10 you can't use @string in xpath

  3. There are conflicts with other modules, which replace the same tag.

My advise is to remove sale_coupon for a while. If it fixes the situation - try to modify this module

Hello IT Libertas!

Thanks for your response. Indeed, after removing sale_coupon the odoo installation works as expected.
