I need to backup my Odoo to a separate onsite server.

We are using Odoo 8 on Ubuntu 16.04, busy with the def on Odoo 12.

I have tried this (https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/how-to-set-up-master-slave-replication-for-postgresql-96-on-ubuntu-1604/) but it does not seem to work.

The idea is to replicate everything on a daily basis for in the case the one server goes down, we just want to log into a new session and keep on working.
